Spacious, complete amenities and nice very accommodating staff. You don’t need to worry about bringing utensils—the place offers a full range of cooking essentials, including a toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker (there’s a complimentary coffee, teas &sugars) and dishwashing liquids, dishwasher etc. It’s truly a complete package for a hotel! We were able to cook our own meals, which was especially helpful since our kids are picky eaters. The atmosphere was very comfortable, and the fireplace added a cozy touch that made it a memorable experience for the whole family. The place looks even better in person than in the pictures and vlogs we had seen. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’re definitely planning to return on our next vacation. Highly recommended!

The loft style rooms were so cozy! Bed very comfortable and bathrooms were equipped with nice products from Rocky Mountain Soap co. The location was great because it was just outside downtown, away from the busy tourist area. It was so peaceful sitting on the balcony. The hotel provided guest with a free bus pass so getting in and out of downtown Banff was a breeze. Downtown is very accessible. Even a cab was only 14$. We liked how we were able to park right in front of our room making travelling with my two senior family members easier. The kitchenette was a great feature fully equipped so we saved a lot of money making some of our own meals. Would definitely recommend this resort and stay again.

Really loved having a full kitchen (studio apartment). Saved some money on not having to eat out all the time. Room was spacious. They thought of EVERYTHING to make this a comfortable stay. They provide shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, dishwashing tabs, firewood, coffee...Loved having a real fireplace! Added bonus is that the ROAM shuttle stops right out front and the front desk provides you with a free pass which will save you a ton vs parking in downtown Banff. Very friendly front desk staff. Great location- make sure to explore the viewpoints nearby on Tunnel Mountain Rd.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. We spent a night in one room, then upgraded to another one -bigger- to get closer to the sauna facilities. Both rooms were spacious and had a very well-equipped kitchen (of course, the second room had a higher standard, featuring an oven and dishwasher too). The staff was very helpful and smiley. The views were stunning, despite having the balconies relatively low on the street level. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows.

Davide

The kitchen was a bonus, the fireplace was a nice touch. What really impressed me was the free bus pass that was given to us for the three days we were there. The bus stops right beside the property, saves finding/paying for parking in town.
